The portal facilitates full-time employment roles as well as crucial internship opportunities, enabling students to gain hands-on industry exposure before stepping into the professional corporate environment.
Boosting Corporate Participation
Despite the high volume of student registrations, a notable challenge remains the proportional availability of job vacancies. To address this imbalance, academic administrators and government departments are actively engaging with major industry players, manufacturing giants, and IT firms to list their open positions directly on the platform.
Recent high-level deliberations with corporate partners emphasize the necessity of expanding industrial collaboration. Initial job listings have featured annual packages extending up to five lakh rupees, with expectations of significant diversification as more enterprises register their requirements.
