New Turn in Pune Ketan Agarwal Murder Case
The high-profile murder case of Pune-based real estate developer Ketan Agarwal has taken a dramatic turn as fresh allegations emerge from the victim's family. Ketan Agarwal tragically lost his life on June 18 after being pushed from the historic Lohagad Fort in Pune, leading to the arrest of his fiancee Siyaj Goyal and two others.
In a recent development, the victim's father, Vishal Agarwal, has strongly expressed suspicions that not only Siyaj Goyal, but her entire family might have been part of the sinister conspiracy to eliminate his son. Vishal Agarwal has approached the court to obtain a copy of the chargesheet filed by the Pune Rural Police.
Father Questions Fiancee's Family Role
Speaking to the media, Vishal Agarwal raised critical questions regarding the relationships and background leading up to the tragic incident. Referring to reports that Siyaj Goyal had secretly married co-accused Chetan Choudhary, the grieving father questioned why her family pushed for her engagement and marriage with his son if those reports were true.

Extensive Chargesheet Filed by Police
The Pune Rural Police submitted a comprehensive chargesheet running into over 5,000 pages against Siyaj Goyal, Chetan Choudhary, and Ritesh Hange. According to police findings, the accused allegedly used a fake Instagram account under the name 'Mahhi' to manipulate Ketan Agarwal into taking Siyaj to the Lohagad Fort, where he was pushed to his death.
The father has also reiterated his appeal to the state government, including Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, to appoint renowned lawyer Ujjwal Nikam as the Special Public Prosecutor and to ensure the trial is conducted in a fast-track court to deliver swift justice.
