Sikar Outshines Traditional Hubs in Domestic Tourism
In a surprising and fascinating shift in travel trends, Sikar district surpassed Jaipur to claim the top spot in domestic tourist arrivals during the first half of 2026. Recording over 15.6 million domestic visits, Sikar's sudden surge is largely attributed to the immense popularity of religious tourism, particularly the massive footfall at the revered Khatu Shyam Ji temple.
