The incident dates back to last month when a group of local youths intercepted a minor girl and her companion near a secluded embankment. A video documenting the harassment subsequently surfaced on social media, prompting the police to use technical surveillance to identify and arrest all the suspects within hours. Following their imprisonment, authorities have now targeted their unlawful properties and businesses.
Illegal Properties Demolished While Main Accused Faces Ultimatum
Authorities confirmed that the demolition drive targeted properties belonging to individuals involved in the disgraceful act. Officials equipped with magistrate orders and heavy police deployment cleared unauthorized encroachments constructed along public roads and government land.
