According to the video, four people sustained injuries in this freak incident. Later, the passenger can be seen explaining the entire ordeal, mentioning that they were traveling from Nagpur to Mumbai and having dinner when the unexpected missile struck.
The video also shows the exterior of the train and police personnel inspecting the site at a railway station. The uploader raised serious safety concerns, pointing out that families with toddlers were seated nearby, making the situation even more critical.
