Arvind Kejriwal Family Faces SIR Notice in Delhi
As the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process for electoral rolls progresses in Delhi, a high-profile case has come to light involving former Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal. Notices have been issued to Kejriwal and five members of his family by local election authorities under the 'Unmapped with Last SIR' category.
According to official details, the notices are linked to the New Delhi Assembly constituency number 40. A total of 110 voters in this specific segment have been issued notices, which notably includes five members of the Kejriwal household, drawing immediate public and political attention.

Apart from Arvind Kejriwal, the notices have been served to his wife Sunita Kejriwal, his father Govind Ram Kejriwal, his mother Geeta Devi, and his 25-year-old son Pulkit Kejriwal. All of them received the notices under the administrative category of failing to map directly with the previous electoral database.
Election officials explained that this category is triggered when current voter details do not automatically sync with the previous database records, prompting a formal verification process to ensure accuracy in the electoral rolls.
