Haryana CM Saini Interacts With Public During Ladwa Jan Samvad
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday participated in intensive public outreach dialogue programs across various villages in the Ladwa assembly constituency of Kurukshetra district. Receiving a warm welcome from villagers, the Chief Minister directly listened to public grievances and reviewed the grassroots implementation of various state welfare schemes. The visit highlighted the government's persistent focus on connecting with citizens at the ground level and ensuring transparent governance.
During the interactions, CM Saini asserted that the current administration functions on absolute transparency and remains fully dedicated to uplifting every section of society. He emphasized that every promise made to the public is being systematically fulfilled, countering opposition narratives with concrete developmental milestones achieved across the state.
Lado Laxmi Scheme: Rs 2,100 Monthly Assistance From Nov 1
Addressing the gatherings, Chief Minister Saini shared major good news for women, announcing that eligible women with an annual family income of up to Rs 1.80 lakh will start receiving benefits under the 'Deendayal Lado Laxmi Yojana' from the month of November. The government has operationalized this key scheme to fulfill its commitment of providing Rs 2,100 per month to women. Following the expansion of the scheme's criteria on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17, families earning up to Rs 1.80 lakh annually have now been made eligible.
The Chief Minister noted that the application portal was reopened following the expansion, and all administrative preparations are complete to ensure direct benefit transfers to eligible women starting November 1. Previously, the income ceiling was restricted to Rs 1.80 lakh for certain categories but effectively capped lower for earlier iterations, whereas the expanded framework now ensures broader coverage. Over Rs 2,000 crore has already been disbursed online to eligible beneficiaries under related women-centric initiatives.
Transparent Recruitment: 2 Lakh Jobs Given in 12 Years
Addressing youth employment, the Chief Minister launched a scathing critique of previous regimes while highlighting his government's transparent recruitment record. He stated with pride that over the past 12 years, the state government has provided government jobs to 2 lakh young individuals strictly based on merit, completely eliminating the culture of bribery and political patronage.

Substantial Grants Announced for Rural Development
During the outreach, CM Saini announced generous financial grants for infrastructure development across Kurukshetra villages. In village Kalirano, he announced Rs 21 lakh for village development and Rs 2 lakh for library book purchases. In Sultanpur, grants of Rs 21 lakh for general development and Rs 5 lakh for the local Gurudwara were sanctioned. Similar allocations of Rs 21 lakh each were announced for Sonti, Beed Sonti, and their respective local Gurudwaras to ensure wholesome rural progress.
Fulfilling Manifesto Promises and Countering MSP Misinformation
Concluding his address, CM Saini stated that out of 217 electoral promises made prior to the polls, the state government has already successfully fulfilled 70 commitments, with rigorous work underway for the rest. On agricultural policies, he reiterated that Haryana is the pioneer state in the country to procure all 24 crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP), dismissing opposition claims as politically motivated misinformation campaigns aimed at misleading farmers.
