Smartphone maker Realme is expanding its budget portfolio with an upcoming device named the Realme P4s Lite 4G. The device was recently spotted on the Google Play Console database, revealing several key hardware specifications, model numbers, and display parameters ahead of its official release.
The Play Console listing confirms the model number RMX5398 and product code RMX5398IN, where the 'IN' suffix strongly indicates an upcoming Indian launch. The smartphone was also previously registered on India's BIS certification platform, reinforcing rumors that Realme is preparing to unveil it in the country very soon.
Unisoc Tiger T615 Chipset and Hardware Setup
According to the platform listing, the Realme P4s Lite 4G is powered by a Spreadtrum T615 processor, now commercially known as the UNISOC Tiger T615. The octa-core chipset includes two ARM Cortex-A75 performance cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six ARM Cortex-A55 power-efficiency cores clocked at 1.6GHz. Graphics processing is handled by an integrated ARM Mali-G57 GPU running at 850MHz.
The listing reveals at least one variant coming with 4GB of RAM, paired with an HD+ display resolution of 720 × 1570 pixels and a screen density of 320 DPI. The device is also spotted running on Android 16, which would make it one of the most up-to-date entry-level devices if released with this software build.
Market Positioning and Expected Price
Although 5G coverage is expanding rapidly across India, there remains a massive demand for affordable 4G smartphones priced under ₹10,000 ($120 USD). Consumers in smaller cities and entry-level buyers prioritize battery endurance, software stability, and build quality over 5G connectivity. The Realme P4s Lite is expected to target this segment directly, competing against entry-level offerings from Redmi, Poco, and Infinix.
