Gurugram Murder Case Triggers Outrage
The brutal murder of 31-year-old realty firm executive Yuvraj Singh Manchanda has taken a shocking turn. While Delhi Police successfully arrested the prime suspects, Anya Vats and Sanyam Sachdeva, from Uttarakhand, the victim's family has levelled serious allegations of apathy and evidence destruction against the Gurugram Police.
Family Left Without Body or Ashes
Manchanda was killed on September 6, and his body was recovered from a sewer in Gurugram on September 10. However, the local police allegedly cremated him as an unidentified person four days later without updating the ZIPNET portal. The victim's sister, Karishma, expressed deep anguish over not even receiving her brother's ashes or personal belongings.
