In a major breakthrough, the Greater Noida police have arrested the prime accused involved in the shocking hit-and-run incident that surfaced on social media. The accused has been identified as Manish, son of Devdutt. The police have also seized the Alto car used in the crime that left nearly five bystanders injured.

The incident came to light after a CCTV recording went viral across social media platforms, showing a speeding car ramming into pedestrians standing on the roadside before fleeing the spot. While initial online speculation identified the vehicle as a Tata Punch, police investigations established that it was an Alto car registered under the name of the accused's father.
Authorities confirmed that all five victims who sustained injuries were provided prompt medical care and are currently out of danger.
