Wife and Lover Booked for Murder After Photos Reveal Choking Marks on Deceased Man's Neck

A shocking case has emerged from Uttar Pradesh where what initially appeared to be a natural death has turned out to be an alleged premeditated murder. The truth came to light only after the victim was buried, thanks to some photographs and digital evidence retrieved from a hidden mobile phone.

How Photos and Mobile Chat Exposed the Truth

On September 28, a 30-year-old mason named Mohammad Talib died under mysterious circumstances. His wife, Ilma, claimed it was a natural death, and the grieving family buried him the very next day. However, a few relatives had clicked pictures of the body before the burial. Upon closely inspecting these photos later, they noticed suspicious marks around Talib's neck, indicating possible strangulation.

Suspicion further intensified when the family noticed Ilma's hurried behavior and her attempts to hide Talib's mobile phone among clothes. When the phone was recovered and checked, the chat history, call logs, and voice recordings revealed details about an illicit relationship between Ilma and a local shopkeeper named Aman.

Police Register Murder FIR and Order Exhumation

Based on the formal complaint filed by the victim's cousin and other family members, local police registered a murder case against Ilma and Aman under relevant sections of the law. Authorities have secured permission from the district administration to exhume the body for a comprehensive autopsy.

Police stated that further legal action, including the arrest of the accused, will depend heavily on the final autopsy report and ongoing forensic examination of the digital evidence gathered from the scene.
