How the Malicious Plot Unfolded
Months prior, the victim's family had arranged her engagement to the accused. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the alliance was mutually called off, and the family subsequently arranged her marriage elsewhere. This rejection fueled a deep sense of anger and revenge in the primary suspect, who decided to use the victim's old photographs to orchestrate a digital smear campaign.
According to the police complaint, the main accused was actively instigated and assisted by his brother, sister, and sister-in-law.
