Severe threat of swine flu in Hapur: Father and son both infected, total cases reach 26

Swine flu spreading rapidly in Hapur, health department on high alert

The dangerous swine flu has once again started raising its head in Hapur district, Uttar Pradesh. The continuous surge of new cases has alarmed the health department. According to the latest data, the total number of swine flu patients in the district has reached 26. This fast-spreading infection has brought the administrative and medical machinery into a complete alert mode.

Experts point out that in the initial stages, people mistake these symptoms for a common cold and fever, which later takes a serious turn. The health department's teams are closely monitoring areas from where more infection cases have been reported.

Father and son infected in the same family, sparking panic

The severity of this outbreak can be understood from the fact that it is now spreading within the same household. A 42-year-old man in the Garh area contracted swine flu, and shortly after, his son's test report also came back positive. After two members of the same family were found infected, the health department's concern has deepened further.

Doctors state that swine flu is a highly contagious disease. Both the infected father and son are currently undergoing treatment under the strict supervision of doctors in home isolation.

Chief Medical Officer shares details, most patients in home isolation

Hapur Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kishore Kumar Ahuja spoke about the swine flu situation in the district. He assured that the health department is monitoring the situation closely and there is no need to panic.

Precautions and safety measures

The health department has issued an advisory urging citizens to take adequate precautions, avoid crowded areas, use masks, and maintain good hand hygiene to curb the spread of the virus.
