Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched a scathing attack on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. Issuing an open warning, he stated that as long as the power of Sanatan exists in the country, Rahul Gandhi "cannot even touch a single hair" of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at an event in Varanasi, Sarma recalled how the BJP was once viewed merely as an opposition party, but under Modi's leadership in 2014, the party came to power and now boasts over 2,530 MLAs nationwide.
