However, current data confirms that the 14.2 kg domestic cooking gas cylinder remains available at its previous rate, while 19 kg commercial cylinders also show stable pricing following a minor upward revision earlier this month.

Indian refineries have significantly scaled up liquefied petroleum gas production to counter external supply uncertainties. While production was moderated during the summer months when international ports ensured steady imports, output was rapidly accelerated following escalating global conflicts.
Current figures indicate that daily LPG production has reached approximately 44,000 tonnes, marking an increase of roughly 20% compared to August's daily average. This substantial surge guarantees an adequate buffer stock to prevent shortages during peak festival celebrations.
