Rajasthan Youth Congress Election Results Declared
The internal election results for the Rajasthan Youth Congress have finally been announced after a long and intense campaign. The central election authority of the youth wing released the results, bringing clarity to the political landscape within the state's main opposition party. Thousands of young workers participated in the voting process across various districts.
According to the official figures, former NSUI president Abhishek Choudhary has taken the lead by securing 6,15,057 votes. His robust support base helped him stay ahead of the competition, creating jubilation among his supporters across the region.
Anil Chopra and Rajkumar Parsawal Follow
Securing the second spot, former Lok Sabha candidate Anil Chopra received 5,45,638 votes. The gap between Choudhary and Chopra stood at 69,419 votes, showcasing a tight electoral race. Meanwhile, Rajkumar Parsawal finished third with 1,95,030 votes.
Top Leaders to Conduct Interviews in Delhi
Despite securing the highest votes, the official appointment for the presidency will be finalized after personal interviews in New Delhi. Top party leaders, including Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and National Youth Congress President Uday Bhanu Chib, will evaluate the top three candidates before announcing the final president.
Executive Roles for All Candidates
In a unique move, all 19 candidates who contested the presidential election have been accommodated in the state executive body based on the vote share they received, ensuring representation for various communities and reserved categories.
