These individuals brazenly parked their cars in the middle of the road to celebrate a birthday. A video of this incident has gone viral on social media, raising serious questions about law enforcement.
The viral video, lasting about 54 seconds, is said to be from the night of September 11. It shows youths casually partying without any fear of the law. Such acts not only violate traffic regulations but also pose a severe threat to the lives of other commuters. Speed limits on elevated roads are high during the night, making impromptu road parties a recipe for disaster.
Cakes on Car Bonnet and Alcohol on Display
The visuals in the video show multiple cakes placed on the bonnet of a car, with one youth cutting them while friends cheer. Disturbingly, a glass of alcohol is clearly visible in the hand of one of the participants. The car's music system was blasted at high volume, with a person dancing in the middle of the road under the influence.
The person filming recorded the illegal act without hesitation, even capturing the entire stretch of the elevated road at the end. Rumors suggest one of the participants might be linked to a local political outfit, though police have not yet officially confirmed this.

Following the viral video, Ghaziabad Police sprang into action. Although the car number plates were not clearly visible in the footage, authorities are utilizing technical surveillance and CCTV networks to trace the vehicles and individuals involved.
