The most ironic part of the celebration was that after screaming 'I Quit' for a night, many attendees still had to head back to their desks the next morning. When asked if she would return to work, one participant bluntly replied, 'I will go to work tomorrow.' This trend reflects the broader conversation around work-life balance in India, which ranked 42nd out of 60 countries in the Remote Global Life-Work Balance Index 2025.
