In a candid and engaging public interaction, the youth of Bihar's capital city got a direct platform to voice their frustrations regarding the current socioeconomic landscape. The 'Youth BOLE TO' event, hosted at Patna's Veterinary Ground, saw a massive turnout of enthusiastic participants, predominantly belonging to Gen-Z and millennial demographics. Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ramvilas) chief Chirag Paswan was present to field questions from the audience, transforming a routine political gathering into an intense public grievance forum.
The atmosphere inside the venue was charged with expectation as young attendees stepped forward to address pressing concerns about their careers, higher education standards, and the lack of robust employment opportunities in the state. Instead of dodging hard questions, the platform encouraged open communication, allowing students and aspirants to speak freely about the hurdles they face daily.
The Plague of Paper Leaks and Shattered Dreams
Dominating the conversation was the recurrent issue of paper leaks in state and national competitive examinations. Young aspirants expressed deep anguish over months and years of rigorous preparation going to waste due to administrative negligence and organized cheating mafias. They argued that such systemic failures not only drain their financial resources but also take a heavy psychological toll on their families.
Participants demanded strict legislative measures and foolproof security protocols to safeguard examination integrity. Chirag Paswan acknowledged the gravity of the situation, agreeing that compromised examinations directly destroy the confidence and future prospects of the nation's youth.
A 'Big Brother' Approach to Politics
Addressing the gathering, Paswan chose to discard formal political rhetoric and positioned himself as an elder brother to the thousands of youth present in the audience. He noted that the anger and disappointment expressed by the attendees are entirely justified given the current hurdles in the job market.

The dialogue underscored the urgent need to modernise educational curriculums to match global technological standards while curbing the ongoing brain drain from the state.
