Congress takes 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' to district level in Madhya Pradesh
Following the massive success of senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Chhatron Ki Goonj' event in Indore, the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has announced a statewide expansion of the campaign. State Congress President Jitu Patwari addressed a press conference detailing the party's strategy to take youth-centric issues to every nook and corner of the state.
Patwari emphasized that the agitation for quality education and better employment opportunities will not remain confined to a single city. Instead, the party plans to build a grassroots movement connecting with students and young professionals across all districts of Madhya Pradesh.
Demanding better education and employment opportunities
Targeting the state government, Patwari highlighted the declining standards of educational infrastructure and the acute lack of job opportunities for degree holders. He asserted that the administration must prioritize quality education and ensure transparent recruitment processes to secure the future of the state's youth.

Looking ahead to the 2028 political landscape
Hitting back at the ruling party's criticism, Patwari stated that the government has roughly 800 days remaining in its current tenure, while Congress is meticulously building its strategy with the long-term goal of forming the government in 2028. He expressed gratitude to the people of Indore, local administration, and civil society for ensuring the smooth conduct of the recent youth convention.
