Shiv Sena (UBT) has ramped up its efforts to establish a stronger political footprint in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the upcoming assembly elections. During a crucial state executive meeting held at the party office on Kanpur Road in Lucknow's LDA Colony, senior leaders gathered to discuss organizational expansion and future political strategies.
Intensive District Tours and Direct Interaction with Cadres
National Organizer and newly appointed Contact Chief Ashok Tiwari emphasized that the party will not limit its presence to paper. To strengthen the organization at the booth and district levels, intensive tours across various districts of the state will commence in November. During these visits, senior leaders will hold meetings with local office-bearers and grassroots workers.
The primary objective of these tours is to address organizational gaps, make necessary appointments, and understand local grievances directly from the workers, ensuring better preparedness for the upcoming electoral battle.
Strengthening Coordination Between Maharashtra and UP Units
A major focus of the meeting was improving synergy between the national leadership in Maharashtra and the state unit in Uttar Pradesh. With Ashok Tiwari's appointment, communication channels have become smoother, enabling state workers to voice their concerns directly to the top leadership.
State Chief Thakur Anil Singh urged all members to set aside internal differences and work with utmost dedication, reiterating that the national leadership takes the Uttar Pradesh unit very seriously.
