Explaining the rationale behind this strict stance, the CEO revealed that a former employee from one of these states was terminated a couple of weeks prior after being given multiple warnings for allegedly harassing female colleagues.
The CEO asserted that despite having a clean resume and background check, the individual's behavior deteriorated after joining.
