Neetu Mam Raises Voice on Education and Employment
The political and social circles in Uttar Pradesh are witnessing a fresh debate over education and employment after a fiery speech by prominent educator Neetu Mam. During a special event organized by the Samajwadi Party, she did not hesitate to point out the deep-rooted flaws in the current academic and recruitment structures.
Comparing the present scenario with her observations from 2013, she noted that the vision and future outlook for students have degraded significantly over the years. Instead of fostering growth and scientific temperament, the system is pushing youngsters into a state of utter hopelessness.
Blaming Superstition and 'Parchi Wale Baba'
In a hard-hitting remark, Neetu Mam criticized the rising influence of blind faith and fraudulent practices in society. She remarked that instead of visionary leaders and robust institutional planning, 'Parchi Wale Baba' and blind superstitions are seemingly deciding the fate of young aspirants today.
She emphasized that after two decades of closely observing student struggles, the enthusiasm and physical stamina of the younger generation have converted into sheer despair and frustration.
Flawed Recruitment Boards and Exam Chaos
Focusing on the plight of job seekers, she highlighted the mismanagement in major examinations like UPTET and UPSI. Thousands of students get disqualified due to arbitrary normalization methods and flawed answer keys released by examination boards.
While minor errors by commissions are easily brushed aside as 'human mistakes', strict penalties are slapped on students for minor clerical errors. This institutional bias creates an unequal battleground for sincere aspirants.
A Call to Action for the Youth
Concluding her address, she urged youngsters not to restrict their activism to digital screens. She called for physical mobilization and a united fight for their rights, asserting that employment is a fundamental right that must be claimed through active struggle.
