Shocking Student Murder Shakes Vaishali
A chilling murder case has come to light from the Vaishali district of Bihar, where a Class 10 student was brutally killed and his body was dumped on the stairs of a government school. The incident has sent shockwaves through the entire region, leaving the grieving family demanding strict justice.
Local police reached the spot immediately after receiving information and initiated a thorough probe. The initial investigation quickly pointed towards a love affair dispute, prompting investigators to dig deeper into the sequence of events.
Body Found on School Stairs
The incident occurred at the upgraded high school located in Lodipur Bankat village under the Mahisour police station limits. On the morning of October 15, locals discovered a student's body lying on the school stairs. The victim was identified as Shivam, a tenth-grade student. Panic gripped the village as the news spread rapidly.
Family members had suspected foul play from day one and demanded a transparent investigation. Police secured the body, sent it for post-mortem, and formed special teams to unravel the mystery behind the crime.
Love Affair Cited as Motive
Police investigations revealed that Shivam was in a relationship with a local girl, which her family vehemently opposed. The girl's relatives had previously warned the student to stay away from her and even threatened him with dire consequences if he continued contact.
Despite repeated warnings, the interaction between the two persisted. Enraged by this defiance, the girl's family decided to eliminate him, leading to the tragic execution of the conspiracy.
Father and School Guard Arrested
In a major breakthrough, police arrested the girl's father, Babloo Chaudhary, along with the school's night guard, Gaurav Chaudhary. According to investigators, the duo conspired to call Shivam to the school late at night and attacked him.
The accused brutally assaulted the student, resulting in his death, and left the body on the school stairs to mislead investigators. However, professional police work led to the swift uncovering of the plot.

Recovery and Legal Proceedings

Authorities have deployed police personnel in the village to maintain law and order while assuring a speedy trial for the victim's family.
