Intelligence inputs indicate that they are moving towards regions like Punjab, Nuh in Haryana, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru to avoid detection.
The strategy involves melting into crowded urban pockets or areas with diverse populations to evade local police verification and the ongoing crackdown by security forces.

To bypass law enforcement, these groups are allegedly utilizing sympathy cards and acquiring fraudulent local identification papers. Security forces have stepped up verification drives and instructed landlords across multiple states to strictly verify tenant backgrounds.
