Terrifying visuals are emerging from Indonesia and various parts of the world as the severe impact of Al-Nino wreaks havoc. Dense forests in Indonesia are currently battling massive fires, turning the sky into an eerie shade of yellow and orange. Thick smoke has made it difficult for locals to breathe, prompting authorities to issue stay-home warnings.
This crisis is not limited to Indonesia alone. Heavy rains and severe flooding in Istanbul, Turkey, have disrupted normal life, causing roads to collapse and floodwaters to rush into hospital premises. Meanwhile, severe droughts are forcing farmers to sell their cattle at half prices due to a severe shortage of fodder, compounding the global climate crisis.
