According to ground reports by 'The FreeLance' from the corridors of Filmcity, Mumbai, the most talked-about talk show 'Koffee With Karan' is back in the headlines. The first episode promo of Season 9 featuring superstar Salman Khan and host Karan Johar has gone viral, reviving memories of a 13-year-old controversy regarding the actor's personal life.
The Return of an Old Controversy and Salman's Wit
The promo begins with Karan Johar praising Salman Khan's maturity and recent statements, but quickly steers toward his infamous personal questions. Karan repeated the classic query: "Are you still a virgin?" Reacting to the unexpected question, Salman folded his hands in his trademark humorous style and retorted, "Control, bhai, control!"
The banter also featured lighthearted digs, with Salman jokingly asking if Karan was inviting actors by claiming it was his 'last season'. When Karan playfully confirmed he wasn't returning, Salman instantly dropped the iconic dialogue from 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', saying, "Karan tussi na jao!"
The 2013 Controversy and Karan's Clarification
