Independent MLA Ravindra Singh Bhati, known for his massive youth appeal in Rajasthan politics, is once again making headlines. He is currently leading a mass awareness and 'simplification yatra' demanding reforms in the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation rules. After receiving immense support in Jodhpur, his convoy reached Bikaner, where he was greeted in a bizarre and astonishing manner, triggering a viral social media trend.
A 40-Foot Mustache Garland and High-Energy Celebrations
Late at night when Bhati's convoy entered Bikaner, thousands of supporters flooded the streets. Bhati was standing atop his vehicle, acknowledging the cheers of the public. Amidst the crowd, an enthusiastic supporter unfurled his nearly 40-foot-long mustache, turned it into a makeshift garland, and draped it around the MLA's neck. Overwhelmed by this gesture, Bhati broke into an energetic dance atop the vehicle alongside his supporters.

JCB Flower Showers and Packed Streets
As the yatra entered Bikaner, the entire route transformed into a festival. Supporters operated JCB cranes to shower heavy flower petals on the convoy. Passing through Lunkaransar, Motigarh, Kalu, Gokul Circle, and historical landmarks like Junagadh, the procession drew massive crowds well past midnight, with citizens watching and showering flowers from their rooftops.
Pushing for EWS Reform
Bhati has been actively campaigning to ease the complex criteria of EWS reservation, arguing that thousands of eligible youths miss out due to current technicalities. The unprecedented public backing in Bikaner has added considerable momentum to his ongoing statewide outreach.
