Devastating Superstition: Three Brothers Die by Suicide Within Six Months in Kanpur, Leaving Family Devastated

A horrifying incident driven by superstition and psychological fear has come to light, where three real brothers from the same family died by suicide one after another within a span of just six months. The tragic series of events has left the entire neighborhood in shock, with only elderly parents and two sisters surviving in the devastated family.

The Descent Into Superstition and Fear

According to reports, a local resident named Ramshankar had three sons: Vikas (the eldest), Govind (middle), and Aman (the youngest). About eight months ago, the middle son Govind began claiming he experienced strange and terrifying dreams. Despite family efforts involving traditional rituals and medical treatments, Govind died by hanging near the Holi festival. Initially, the family considered it an isolated tragedy.

Shortly after Govind's death, the youngest brother Aman's mental health deteriorated. He began telling family members that Govind appeared in his dreams, urging him to join them. Overwhelmed by fear and despite being taken to various traditional healers and doctors, Aman jumped from the first floor of his house, resulting in his death. Losing two sons within a month shattered the family.

The Eldest Son Succumbs to Fear

Following the deaths of his two younger brothers, the eldest son, Vikas, fell victim to the same psychological dread. Married four years with a young child, Vikas repeatedly told his family that his deceased brothers were calling for him. Despite frantic efforts by family members to comfort him and seek professional help, Vikas ended his life by jumping from the second floor of his home on a Saturday.

Local police authorities stated that the bodies were handed over to the family following post-mortem examinations, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incidents is underway.
